A buyer's steps to home ownership
- Get pre-approved (CLICK HERE!): Getting pre-approved is easy! Go to Kyle Rau's website with First Federal National Bank and fill out an online application! Without it, you won't have any buying power!
- Click on the "Calculate My Mortgage" button below to bring up my own customized mortgage calculator.
- Define Criteria: Meet with me to define your price range, location, type of home you like and any other must-haves.
- Fill out preliminary paperwork: I will sit down with you and explain the costs you will incur at closing. We will also sign paperwork that explains our relationship with one another. We will use Dotloop, which is an e- signature tool that keeps all of your documents for this transaction in one place. It even has an app so you can sign contracts on your phone!
- Look at homes: This is the fun part. Now we get to go look at homes that we think will be the next one for you! You get your own online Portal where you can save your favorite homes and
- Put in a bid: Once we have found that house you love. We will put in a bid and start negotiations.
- Inspections: When our bid is accepted we will conduct inspections to make sure everything is up to code.
- Home Insurance: Make sure you shop around for home insurance to make sure that your home is insured.
- Final walkthrough of your new home
- Close escrow: Get your writing hand ready. We will close at Alliance Title. They order title on your home and organize all the documents for your signature
- GET THE KEYS: Now you own a new home and time to move in!

- E-marketing: I have access to emails of realtors that have buyers that match your criteria. This will put your home on the radar of fellow realtors.
